Death – often shunned but an almighty phenomenon – be it as a literary figure in Goethe's Erlkönig for example or as a profund experience.
My first poem “Parting in the midst of life” is about this essential part of life and its significance. I am pleased to share that it will be published in this year's Annual Review 2025 of the Oxford Philosophical Society.
My heartfelt thank you to Professor Christopher Reiss, Editor of the Oxford Philosophical Society Review, for all his support. Furthermore, I would like to thank Dr. Stephen Law, President of the Society, and Dr. Marianne Talbot, President Emerita, for their ongoing work and dedication for the Society and everyone who fills this wonderful and intellectual community with life and laughter.
